NEWS & MEDIA NEWS Gold Cup de Dragão

Organized by the Royal Torbay Yacht Club, 2023 Yanmar Dragon Gold Cup was held in Torquay, from September 9th to 16th.

49 teams from 15 countries were in competition, including four sailors from Clube Naval de Cascais. Gustavo Lima, aboard "Herbie" from the Belgian Vanneste Xavier, reached 6th place. Frederico Melo was 8th on the Australian "YeahNah" with Pete Cooke at the helm. João Matos Rosa, in the crew on "Easy" skippered by Michael Zankel, was 11th, while Pedro Rebelo de Andrade on "Saturn" finished 36th overall.
